A Casa Di Vici bespoke suit is built entirely around you — from the first consultation to the final press. Drawing from both Italian and British tailoring traditions, each piece is hand-drafted, hand-cut, and hand-finished to your exact measurements, posture, and style. No two are alike.
Design Appointment
Discuss your needs, preferences, and wardrobe requirements with our designer. Select fabric, sketch design details, and record over 30 precise measurements and posture notes.
Pattern Drafting
Using traditional hand-drafting techniques, your individual pattern is created from scratch — drawing from both Italian and British schools to achieve our signature house cut.
Cutting
The cloth is transferred using chalk patterns, style elements are drafted freehand, and every piece is cut by hand using shears. Inlays are marked for future adaptations.
Making
Natural canvases are selected and your garment is assembled by hand for the first baste fitting — a pivotal stage in every bespoke piece.
First Fitting
Refine silhouette, lapel shape, pocket placement, and posture enhancement. Every detail is open to adjustment.
Marking Up
The garment is taken apart, re-marked, and re-cut with all adjustments noted. Your personal paper pattern is updated for all future orders.
Further Fittings
2 to 3 fittings refine the piece to perfection, bringing the garment progressively closer to completion between sessions.
Finishing
Each buttonhole is hand-made, linings hand-stitched, and lapels edge-stitched in 100% silk thread. Every baste stitch is replaced by 20 hand stitches.
Final Press
The definitive last step: your garment is pressed so the inside canvases and inlays settle and drape perfectly with the cloth — sharp, structured, shaped to you.
